Through using this site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, govern drbl’s relationship with you in relation to this website. Complaints
All complaints will be dealt with in the first instance by the customer services team, and where necessary they will be escalated to the attention of the Founder. We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible and always aim to consistently provide a high level of customer service, treating each customer as a valued individual.
Discounts
Only one offer can be used per order and are subject to availability. drbl reserves the right to withdraw or change any offer at any time. Voucher offers can only be claimed on orders equal to or above the value of the voucher and there will never be a cash substitute offered on these. Free delivery offers are for UK mainland addresses only. drbl reserve the right to cancel or charge delivery on orders to non UK addresses using a free delivery offer.
Ordering
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms & conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
If https://www.drbl.co.uk does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will split your order and despatch all in-stock items with the out of stock items(s) being shipped as soon as they become available.
All prices are clearly displayed on the website and are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Please select your chosen items by stating the quantity, size and colour of each item required. Once you have selected your items, continue through to payment. We accept a wide range of credit or debit cards. Once you have made payment, you cannot add anything additionally to the same order. The name and address details that you supply during the payment process, is where the goods will be delivered to.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and https://www.drbl.co.uk until we accept your order by despatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you a confirmation of despatch email. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P) and usual delivery times. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
drbl reserve the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if you fail to make payment to us when due, breach any of our terms and conditions and/or you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you.

We do not collect your credit/debit card details. If you use a credit card to purchase from us the credit card details are handled separately by a payment partner such as PayPal.
