All our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery 24 or 48. Order by 2pm between Monday and Friday for same day despatch. Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels sent using their Express Delivery service on the next working day including Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed especially during peak times. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day. We are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK.

Returns

Customers can return orders made on our website for free within 30 days for a full refund. If purchased via a third party, please follow their own returns process. We can only refund or exchange orders that are returned to us in an unused and resalable condition, with all the original labels intact unless the product(s) is faulty. If part of a multibuy offer is returned, the multibuy offer is invalidated, and the refund will reflect the remaining product(s) being kept at full price. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method or via an eGift Voucher. Please email us via support@drbl.co.uk to arrange a free return detailing your name and order number. Please keep proof of postage when returning an order.  Customers should expect to receive the refund within 10 working days of the product(s) being received.
