It covers how we process any personal information you provide to us, as well as how we're committed to keeping it safe and managing it in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The type of information we will collect about you includes name and email address in order to process your order and contact you regarding your order should this be necessary or regarding news, products and promotion where you have given permission. You can also opt out by sending us an email to support@drbl.co.uk with your details and we will process this for you.
We will keep your data for three years unless you have bought from us again, and will then ask if you still want to keep hearing from us. We do not collect your credit/debit card details. If you use a credit card to purchase from us the credit card details are handled separately by a payment partner such as Paypal. Please refer to payment partner's site for more information on their cookie policy. Additional details such as location, preferences and interests may also be collected.
drbl will not share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes, nor any other reasons unless we are required to do so by law. Where any third-party processors have access to your data on our behalf (e.g. an email platform, such as GoDaddy), these comply with GDPR legislation.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on line.
If you have any concerns about how we are processing your data, you can email us at support@drbl.co.uk and we will respond to your complaint. If your concern is still not resolved, you have the right to report a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
